1) Why do you want to be an artist in residence at folk camp? (200 words or less)

2) Please describe your art-form and art experience – include cv, link to website, pictures of previous work or list of previous projects as available.

3) Please describe your art proposal including what materials you may need, and which you already have and will be bringing with you (500 words or less). Some of the questions you may want to address are : a. what is the art thing/experience/piece you want to make? b. What will it look like ? c. How will people interact with it ? d. Does it address a particular theme ? e. Have you done it before ? f. How will it add to the overall experience of camp ?
