Morning Movement

Karolina has a deep passion for yoga, movement arts and nature. She grew up dancing and performing with a small company in Canada. She went on to study business and the art of DJ-ing and production but eventually yearned to reestablish a deeper connection with the body. Karolina believes that by fusing practices such as yoga, movement, meditation, and breath-work into our daily lives we grow our capacity to reduce our reactivity to life’s stressors. As well as building resilience within our body-mind, these practices help us establish a better relationship to ourselves, other people, and the environment. 

She holds over 500 hours in YTT training and has an ongoing curiosity for the body, movement research, and connecting to nature. Karolina is also a dance artist who has studied contemporary dance and diverse movement arts. Her classes fuse mobility, build on skill, while incorporating breath and flow.
