Melanka 2025 - THANK YOU!

So many came out for a beautiful new year's holiday celebration organized by Kosa community members on January 25, at the Belarusian Autocephalous Orthodox church in Toronto.

Generous potluck spread, festive atmosphere and energetic dancing late into the night... and of course:
the expertly orchestrated folk play! Huge thank you to those who spearheaded the event: Jurgita Zvinklyte, Nadia Dziubaniwska, and many others! To Tatiana Melnyk, Iryna Lozynska, and all those who created the phenomenal Melanka play, the musicians, bartenders, food tenders & cooks, & the generous Belarusian community, wonderful friends and allies!

May the seeds we sowed in joyful communion sprout and give sustenance to us all in the coming year!
